G.S. Cosmeceutical USA Inc., a contract manufacturer of a range of cosmetics, has hired Andrea Sercu as its new marketing manager. Sercu joins the Livermore, Calif.-based company with 15 years of communications experience in the beauty industry. Sercu has served as a copywriter, public relations specialist and marketing manager for manufacturers including Procter & Gamble Professional Beauty, Joico Laboratories, Cynosure and Silhouet-Tone. Sercu graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor’s in advertising.

Livermore, Calif. – The anti-aging skincare contract manufacturing and private label company recently completed the first phase of TCG’s 12-step process – the Green Prepare program. The program is designed to help companies become greener. It is the brainchild of Clare Munn, CEO of the San Francisco-based digital marketing firm The Communication Group which helped launch G.S. Cosmeceutical’s new website in April 2008.
