Leading the team is CEO Gurpreet “Gogi” Sangha, a research scientist with over 30 years experience as a skincare formulator and manufacturer of skin care products. Both parties will begin discussions by signing a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), giving you the peace of mind that your information will be kept strictly confidential.
Then, following the preliminary contact, you will collaborate with our team of custom skin products formulators to ensure that your anti-aging skin care, sunscreens or personal care product meets and exceeds your expectations.
As we understand that show schedules and other product launch events are critical to your success, our turnaround time for new products is one of the fastest in the industry. A cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) compliant facility, G.S. Cosmeceutical uses a computerized Materials Resource Planning (MRP) system, which helps keep us on track to meet scheduling and delivery timelines. We offer scale-up capabilities from small lab size batches to large production batches. Our kettles and mixing tanks range in capacity from 10 to 1,000 gallons and are capable of handling thin to highly viscous liquids.
Our support equipment in packaging includes ink-jet coders, heat tunnels, tube fillers, semi-automatic cappers and labelers, conveyors and collection tables. We also provide hand packaging and kit assembly services for the gifts market.
